Jeremy founded AG&B Engineering Solutions LLC with the idea of providing MEP engineering services with the customer’s needs in mind. With the concept of maintaining low overhead, it was a vision for AG&B to provide engineering services in a timely manner, with reasonable pricing, tailored drawings to meet the needs of architects, general contractors, AC Contractors, Facility Management Personnel, Owners, or homeowners, and most importantly, adhering to engineering standards and codes.

From 300 sq ft residential additions to 14,000 sq ft homes, from residential renovations, and garage AC systems, to high end residential or multi-family dwellings, AG&B supports all projects, big and small! For commercial projects, AG&B has supported 1,000 sq ft commercial tenant build-outs to 15,000 sq ft places of worship and 123,000 sq ft manufacturing facilities!

With a single point of contact that remains throughout the project, this personal touch ensures the project is successfully completed, including responding to local building official comments and maintaining consistency in communication.

With over 20 years in the power industry from engineering to contract negotiation, Jeremy brings the customer’s needs to the forefront. Having designed and sold heat recovery steam generators for utility-scale combined cycle power plants, Jeremy recognizes the need for organization and consistency in engineering projects.

On the MEP project side, Jeremy works together with the team at Armory Consultants, an Engineering Firm in Virginia with on-staff Professional Engineer, Jeremy Shelton. AG&B also works with Red’s Air Designs for HVAC heat load calculations and duct designs. AG&B has completed over 75 projects totaling over 300,000 sq ft combined and designed over 500 tons of AC cooling, over 7500 kVA of electrical, and nearly 3 miles of plumbing!

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with a Spanish minor. Jeremy also has a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. He obtained his PE license in Florida and Texas in 2020 and Tennessee in 2024.
